Hi Gary, 128K is not CD quality.  I don't care what sound forge says.
192K is CD quality, though you could use 220K or something similar to
get improved audio results.  I think 128K is minidisk, and it's about
the same quality as the best of the satellite or other digital
radio/TV transmissions.  Whether you'll notice the difference is a
moot point, I do, but I'm using some pretty good hifi gear here.
