I'm glad I found the channels I was looking for before I subscribed. I'm still not sure whether I'm going to subscribe. I do love the folk channel though!

Yeah, I had to do that too at first. The thing is I don't think all the
channels are available. I wonder if more channels will be available with
the paid subscription? I'm going to give them a call tomorrow. I hope I
can get the answers to my questions. I won't count on it. Have a good one.

I finally got it to work in a sense.  I'm hoping the problem is only with
the free trial. I had to turn off the player, turn it back on in order to
change stations.

Kathy, Yup, I had the same experience a few weeks ago when calling them ... the only thing they did was to run through the minimum requirements checklist and to assure that my login worked, duh! I'm wondering if it has something to do with the fact that they have a flash player, which did not come up--I guess it is assumed that everybody uses it. For what it's worth, I couldn't get the Sirius player to work on the free trial either. For the people who have, results seem to vary. I don't think it's a high priority for them to get the web service working, they'd rather we all bought their receivers and had done with it.
