Hi, I had to use Ahead's miserable tech support andI have a number for you to call and ask.
818 956 5930. Extension 303 is some kind of supervisor of tech support. If you need a option higher up on the food chain, write me off list. The tech support people appeared to have zero interest or experience with disabled at all. I am pretty sure of the phone number and Ahead Software is in the phone book in Glendale California. I havethe extension for Director of Marketing at Ahead and I hpe people can ifthey needthat number or otherwise help Ahead with issues of usability if pertinent.
