Do you have Total Recorder's driver loaded and operational at all times? The Total Recorder driver is not multi-channel, and I suspect Skype requires that kind of full duplex capability to work properly.

Total recorder will also record from other audio sources as well as the

Total recorder handles this function in a different manner.

Hi,

Basically, while I have total recorder installed, I can not make any kind of
call using skype. I can use the instant messaging facility, but every time I
try to place a call to either another skype user or using skype out, skype
crashes. The only reason that I know this is an issue with total recorder,
is because, every time total recorder is uninstalled, this never ever
happens.

Any ideas?

Danielle
