Hi Peter. One of the few times when you need to use your JAWS or equivalent screen review cursor is to activate options on the tool bar. With your screen review cursor you'll find the toolbar just below the menu bar. There is an icon there titled audigen options. Click on this icon to open the menu. You'll land in a tree view and general options will be opened by default. Tab until you hear something like "Miscellaneous, right pane for people that use keyboard only". Check this checkbox and you're good to go.
