Hi Tom. I'm glad that you have that problem solved. If you like listening to things in stereo, it's no fun having to listen in mono. It can be frustrating if you have to be fishing around to find the right plug you need.

Subject: Problem Solved; It Was The plug!

Hi gang: Had to jump in and tell you that..after almost pulling yout my
hair (and after a couple of people had suggested to me that I needed to
check my speaker connection) I found out that..I in fact..did have a "less
than perfect" connection! I had gone in to "tech talk" (which is on the
"for the people" site..and the guy suggested that..before he did
anything..that I check my plug; I have a splitter..running the plug to my
"line in jack of the computer..as well as the CCrane FM
transmitter)..anyhow..I got to poking around back there, disconnected
everything, pluged the "line-in" plug directly into the jack..and..there it
was! I had stereo again! So once more (at least ujntil I run into another
problem)..aI'm a happy camper! Oh..but I hate to go into the back of that
thing! Wires and cords get tangled up! In the process, I pulled out the
plug to my moden; had to crawl around and look for it! But I found it..amnd
I think I'mstraight for a little while! Thanks to all you folks on PC Audio
for listening to me rant on! Take care.
Tom Kaufman
