I'm not sure about now, but when I told them that my nitress was dead, they gave me a lot of things to do, which was good. Then finally I got told that bad news the harddrive was shot. Actually, that last nitress lasted me about a year, and I thoughrely enjoyed the player itself. It was accesible, and has a decent memory.
