Razorlame does a good job of converting wave files to what ever mp3 khz
and kbps's you want. Email me off list for the program. If you download it
off the net, it comes in 2 parts and I've zipped the files in to one folder.
How computer savvy are you? It's quite simple to set up. However simple for
one person isn't simple to another.
