Hi Steve,

Yes.  CastBlaster isn't perfect, but it does work reasonably well, 
especially from an accessibility point of view.  The program is full of 
keyboard shortcuts, a menu bar was added along with standard tab controls 
and other similarly accessible features.  Try the trial version for 
yourself.
