Hi all! I'm now using my default sound card, (an Avance C97), a cheap mic, and a pair of standard headphones. I have freecorder set to also record from the microphone. The problem, however, seems to be with my stereo mix option. I can't seem to keep it selected. Every time I check the box to select it, I find that it has been unchecked when I return to the window. I believe that herein lies the problem. How can I keep that box checked? I think selecting it will allow me to record from both my mic and the sound card, as I don't have a what you hear option.
