I've got the controls worked out for the Iriver H10 now, thanks to another blind owner. Turned out the power cord plugs into the USB cable. I've actually had some success synchronizing tunes to the player with Windows Media Player 10. And, I can play them on the H10.
I haven't installed Rockbox yet because I want to be sure I like this player.
