Why would anyone have RM files? Perhaps because there were media files in this format on some site; some radio stations have archives like this, for example. As far as I know Goldwave doesn't support Real Media format, at least 4.26 doesn't, haven't tried newer versions. Anyway, there is a program that can record Real Media into WAV at least, then you can convert the WAV into MP3 of course.
