Hello, You may have issues with your routers firewall Check your utorrent prefferences for something called "speed test." It checks to see whether the port that utorrent uses is open or blocked. For security, many routers have a firewall that blocks file sharing and gameing programs. This is in addition to Windows Firewall or programs like Zone Alarm which are computer based.
