High Lin,
I also work in a similar environment.
Except only I take orders over the phone and type them in to the computer.
I have to listen to Jaws in one ear, and the consumer in the other ear via
special phone hook up.
But they are both coming from two separate sound cards on my computer at
work.
Is it a possibility that the dictation machine could be patched in to your
computer that same way?
Because if it can, you can listen to them both the same way that I do.
  Signed John Price.
