Hey Sarah!

Great! I've just signed it and posted it to Blind Access Journal. Consider
getting a good .com domain name and, if at all possible, go on over to
prweb.com and post a press release. Of course, we both need to find ways to
do much more to promote our respective CAPTCHA petitions, but I feel these
two steps are critical starting points.

Please visit http://BlindWebAccess.com and sign the petition asking Yahoo!
to make their CAPTCHA accessible!

I have a petition going for myspace for the captcha thing. it is getting
good signatures so far. Look for it on my site at
www.marrie.org.

: Darrell and Mark,
:
: The synchronous part of this is that I just ran into the same
: problem, with My Space that you did (Mark), but, I could not,
: apparently, find a reasonable way to contact them, in their contact
: link! I surfed around the website many times, without finding a way
: to contact them by phone, or by E mail! One would think, that since
: they are now under the Google umbrella (I think?), that they would
: have run into inquiries, before now! Any ideas, on how to contact
: them?
:
: Thanks,
:

: Hello Mark,

: We advocate, advocate and advocate some more! Contact them and ask
: for an accessible alternative, such as audio CAPTCHA or text based
: challenge, that reasonably accomodates blind and visually impaired

: I have just tried to register with youtube and myspace and come up
: against their verification process of retyping letters from a box.
: If we cannot see these letters what do we do?
