Patrick, When you hit enter to open the combo box, press alt down arrow to properly access the list. After doing this, you should be able to down arrow until you reach the team's feed you want, then pressing enter will activate the selected feed.
Note that the above directions are a bit specific to the NFL site and may not be necessary in other locations.
