Not at all, considering what it's primarily supposed to be used for--scheduling and playing tracks and spots on a schedule. The key word here being ... uh, ... lemme see ... oh yeah, ***SCHEDULE***, not random. Playlists in SP consist of objects which cannot be shuffled around.
