Go to the "File Names" tab in Options -> Settings. In the version of CDEX I'm using, it's the 3rd and 4th edit fields on that tab. There's a ".." button next to each field that I can only get to with the JAWS cursor. The first field looks like it's for conversions and the second for recordings. I hope this helps.
