I know about and have used the audio capcha to listen to channels on Sirius Internet Radio. That's not the problem. The problem is when you try to log in to manage your account. There is no voice capcha there. I have looked, and it is just not there unless Jaws is doing something weird. I don't understand why they have audio capcha in one place and not another. If I wanted to add a radio, change credit cards, cancel my service, etc., I'd have to call and wait forever to speak to a customer service rep because I cannot log in there.
