Really? Clear Channel streams work for you within Canada? That would be great news. I've never known anyone from here in Canada who receives anything but a Clear Channel page apologizing for the fact that they can no longer stream their product to Canada. Could you offer a link to a station using the CC Tuner that can be accessed in Canada?
