Don and All, Please forgive if this has been answered before.
You may not be able to convert the file unless you do the conversion on the same computer on which the file was originally downloaded. In other words, I tried converting a file sent to me by Dave, and it would not convert. When I downloaded the same file, then ran Sound Taxi on the same computer the file converted without a problem. I believe the program looks for the relationship, or ownership of the .drm key. I suspect that's the way the company tries to make sure that files are converted only by those who own them, or purchased them, or borrowed them.
