Well, yes, the sound was like listening to a scratchy record and like hearing it through a staticky radio or something. Not pleasant, suffice it to say. Tim, I'm not sure I know what you're saying about the volume not being independent. I can control the volume in Winamp as always, but I'm not sure that's what you're talking about.
