Hi. I need to upload files to a service that will accept only stereo files.
The problem? Some of the files that I need to upload are mono. Is there a
way to convert them so that they appear as stereo? I don't need to improve
sound quality, though it would be preferable it the process did not degrade
quality.
I have Goldwave, Sound Forge 8.0 Dc7 and Wave Pad on board.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
