Lorne, Perhaps you could get us some specs of this Ozone phone thus we can take a closer look. I don't want to steer you the wrong way here so find out whats up with this phone.
Yes You should be able to upgrade your license but again, lets get it right the first time so go find out more about this phone and what is going to be on it.
