Hi, the URL you posted is just the address you fill out in the address line but doesn't have anything common with live stream.
In this case the radio is played in the background of a cite so it's necessary pulling it out using some utilities designed for this. The live stream 32kb/s mpeg2 here is http://146.201.215.226:8000/889 so put it into the WinAmp using a key shortcut ctrl+l, Windows Media Player (ctrl+u) or my fave Screamer-radio through menu/file/openn URL. It can be commonly used on any type of external players such as Klango, VLC or the ones as above. Good luck and let us know if it doesn't work for ya.
