There is an indepth tutorial on Audacity at http://www.blind-geek-zone.net
Go to the audio page, and search for audacity. There are two instances of that word, you want the second one towards the bottom of the page, the tutorial recorded by a Jean Asner.

Hi!

I remember being given an url for a tutorial someone had written for Audacity 1.35 and JAWS and it was worth the read even though I was using Window-Eyes at the time <smile> so, perhaps another list member may know the location of this tutorial on the web if indeed its still up and circulating.

I don't remember exactly whether the multi track functions of audacity were accessible.

Hi All: First, are there any blind users of Audacity 1.3x on list? If so, how have you found the accessibility with your screen reader. I use Windoweyes. I have never used any recording software and am looking for my first multi-track recording software. If you have any comments or suggestions could you let me know. I picked Audacity but have not downloaded and installed it yet since the 1.3x version is still in beta testing.
So, hi and I hope this post is completely on topic for the list.
