Hi TerriLynne, Check that your encoder is set up correctly and the CD drive is selected. Press F4 for the configuration options and check all of the settings. There are a number of different tabs for encoder, file names, CD drive, etc. If you want to set up a remote CDDB, so that when you insert a CD, it will check for titles on the Internet, note that for it to work, you have to enter an email address. It doesn't have to be your real email address, b...@hotmail.com will do.
