It is an audio/video player that has a small footprint. I have run into a 
few files it would not play and it seems that he has a problem with a 
streaming file. when I captured the stream I didn't save the .asx file but 
just clicked on the link and it played through GOM Player and captured it. I 
like the way you can capture streams either while an online station is 
playing or capturing from the beginning of what you want to capture.  You 
can hear what you are capturing which you can't do with WinAmp.

You can set the equalizer and adjust the speed if listening to an audio 
book, etc.
