Billy, the communicator that vipconduit uses is the same one that tafn uses.

I have been a member for 6 months, and it is the best blind chat network I 
have come across up to now, and the people are wonderful, and very helpful.

There is also a Cummunicator, which has many rooms where you can chat, and 
listen and play music, and much more.
