Well I can't comment on your specific case but I've found Apple customer 
support to be excellent when I've had issues arise, I've had 3 in my time with 
Apple product and all have been resolved within a couple of hours of me 
contacting Customer support at head office in Australia so I hope that your 
experience will mimic mine <smile>.
