Problem With Switch (It Insists That I Buy It)

Hello listers:  I ran into this a little while back; had to uninstall..then 
reinstall "Switch"..I just now tried to open it..and was informed that I _must_ 
buy it as the "trial period" had run out!  Aw..but I didn't get the "trial 
version (or so I thought)..what have I done wrong?
