Have you done what I suggested? Firstly take a look at the Total Recorder help 
system, go into Total recorder, press f1 and browse to or search for what you 
want, a lot of good information in there.

Secondly go to http://www.totalrecorder.com and look in their primer section, 
you may find what you want there.
