Does new Winamp script require WE7.5 to validate?

When going to script central, and trying to install the latest Winamp 
scripts, I get the following "This package failed 
validation.  Installation aborted!" I am still using V7.2. Is this 
the problem? There is nothing in the details to make that clear.
