I have a possible idea for you. If you have a cassette player/recorder that can record at either regular or half speed, record your record at full speed. Then, when you change it to half speed, the record will be at normal listening speed.

Hope that makes sense and is some help.

Subject: A strange request

Hi Gang,

I have a need to copy something from an old 16rpm talking book disc. I only have 33 rpm. Does anybody know where I can buy or borrow an old machine that will play the 16rpm discs? That's going way back in technology for sure.
Thanks for any info.
