Pro Tools on the Mac OS X operating system is now accessible with the
VoiceOver screen reader I do believe. On Windows, as far as I know it
remains as inaccessible as ever.

More importantly, it's used in studios all over the world now to mix albums.
No idea how accessible it is, but it's a hugely powerful suite of software
and it'd be great if screenreader users could take advantage of it if they
want to get into serious recording.
