Hi all.
I have just ordered a Sennheiser PX 210 BT bluetooth headset from Best Buy. Price here in the UK £149.99. I know this is not a recommendation as such, but judging from reviews and from what I have seen yesterday when I went to my local store they fit the bill for me at least. I don't personally intend to make and receive calls; I just want to play music or other audio without wires and without carrying my iPod Touch in my pocket. It also comes with a cable for devices that do not support bluetooth.
Chat soon.

Don't go with a bluetooth headset if you're doing dictation or any sort
of voice recognition, it's too sketchyy with all the rf signals around.
Works ok on a phone, but still not that great, I use it because it's
hands free.

I don't think it would be a good idea to buy the Wal-Mart headset for
the PC, because Bluetooth audio can be very poor, especially for
voice recognition. At least, that is what I've been told many many
times.

Thank you.

Bob.

I highly, highly, highly recommend you do not buy from logitech. I
purchased two headsets, one specifically for skypeing and the like
and it was terrible. There was a slight mic monitor that you can't
turn off, and the ear pads block out enough noise for me to feel
clostrophoebic. And I was told I sounded on skype like I was
talking in a tin can. I also got a more expensive gaming headset
and it was like the chat one only magnified on the two things I
listed above.

just my 25 cents

I don't know of one that wil do pc in one and phone in the other, but
I have a plantronics 950 and love it. plantronics makes headsets and
just headsets for all types of environments. The one drawback, for
some, of this headset is that you can't use it while it charges. It
is advertised as a gaming headset so those who game for 8 hours
straight were annoyed that you can't use it while charging. For me,
that's not an issue I need to worry about. However, even if you don't
get this specific model, I recommend plantronics over any brand
personally. hth
