I never got replay media catcher to work, if that's the replay that you're referring to. Maybe I wasn't suing it right?

 Total Recorder will do this. It has a scheduler that will start and
 stop the web transmision, it can even turn off your PC when the
 recording is done if you prefer. And it's very accessible. However,
 it's not free. And, in Vista or 7, unless you can use background
 recording, you will need to run it through a 2nd sound card, or shut
 down your screen reader because there's no way for Total Recorder to
 record the radio station without also recording your screen reader.
