Yes..that is..if you're lucky enough to get Tapin Radio to schedule
something! But if you're like me and cannot, then that's another story;
Tapin Radio is a great program for recording in that I find I can record and
still do things on the computer! But if I didn't already know that I have
friends who use it to schedule things, I would deem it enable to schedule an
event (it insists that my task scheduler service is not running) when, in
fact, all indications (at least as far as I can see) indicate that it is!
And no one has been able to tell me what to do to fix this!

What do you want to schedule? Tapin Radio does the job for all you want to
record from the internet. For other recordings you can use audacity.

Only me I'm sure! <smile> but I've found the Sound Forge record dialogue
box to be a bit of a joke as far as accessibility is concerned
particularly when it comes to advanced features such as timer recording.
I have a word I've always lived by and that is the word "Convenience", it
was more convenient for me to purchase Total Recorder as I know this
software to be accessible, the standard version will do what you want and
only costs $11.00 from memory, not only that but its a far more reliable
recorder than Sound Forge has ever been.

Well I've never had to use this feature before, but I'd like to know if
the timed recording feature is accessible in Sound Forge 10? I'm using
the Jaws scripts which Jim Snowbarger wrote, and will be leaving Friday
afternoon, while the program I want to record is on Saturday night. If
it was just leaving for a day and returning, I'd just leave the
recording going, and trim the before and after, since I have enough hard
drive space, but I don't have that much for this project. I'd not be
able to record 48 hours straight. If the timer feature is accessible,
will it let you choose a time for the next day?
Thanks a lot.
