Hi David, have you tried using the [ and ] keys during playback to mark the start and end of the selection? Could you be more specific about what you're getting stuck on? I know just enough about it to be dangerous. I have looked at the documentation for using it with Jaws, but for some reason I can't get it through my head how to move the cursor and mark a track so I can delete a short portion that I do not want in the recording. I use Sound Forge, and Studio Recorder all the time and they seem so much easier to use. But, I would like to learn Audacity because I occasionally have a client ask me about it, and I have discovered from the little I have used it that it really is a pretty good sound editor.
