I don't have the speakers, but could it be simply an addition source input?
What about an alternative method of wiring the speakers or daisy chainging
another set?

Did anyone else on the list end up getting this speaker system? I have it
here and I have 1 question, between all the sockets for the speakers and
control panel on the back of the sub-woofer is a small 3.5MM jack socket,
anyone know what this is supposed to be for?
