It isn't easy creator but easy cd/dvd extracter by
poikasoft, totally different from roxio cd creator, like you
I haven't used that for at least 8 or 9 years for the very
same reasons you mentioned. I have roxio creator on here and
that is quite easy to use.

Starting with version 7 in the Roxio products you have to do
some mousing around with your screen reader of choice and
click on the  correct graphic and then a couple of tree
views  will come up, a source and destination that you will
have to select the source disc you want to rip, how you want
to encode it, where you want it to be written to and so on.
you will have to 
play with it. it isn't easy, that is why blind people don't
use    Easy 
creator products much any more. Clifford is right. the Easy
creator product you have is formerly known as Roxio.
