Power DVD is accessible enough for watching a movie. Especially a DVD. But
for the kind of accessibility you want, WMP will be better. When it comes to
Blu-Ray, the older the version you have, the better unfortionately. What is
more, if you get the message that you can't use the BDJ menus with the
mouse, that also means kiss what little accessibility you have bie bie, and
don't you dare even think of doing anything else even going to the bathroom
because you can'tt pause the movie.

would I be able to access any features of a dvd such as comentary bloopers,
