Hi Sunshine, To be honest with you I can't tell 100%. The freaks on free-codecs.com are really smart guys from what variety of codecs packs they provide and develope but I've never used this Opus codec (and formats coming up with that one) so I apologize for not having enough information. Maybe try searching for this term right on their website I'd suggest.

It'll also enable videos and audios for some kind of .avi container formats such as special XIVD or DVIX or whatchammacallit I can't remember all the video extensions as I'm a blindie not really needing them:). Or you can go to WinAmp/preferences (ctrl+p)/input (i)/then hit tab twice to get to the treeview of installed plugin list, arrow down to Nullsoft directshow Decoder, tab once to Configure button/hit space bar key (it for some reason won't work when hitting enter)/and it jumps to the edit field of extensions separated with ; symbol that DirectShow system uses on default so at the end type ;MP4 and then enter and tab to Close button and enter. You ought to have it enabled as well after installing the codecs pack. And don't forget to uncheck Classic media player during the installation as you have other players of your choice I bet.
