audible

o boy brian, welcome to the club, i'm having dreadful problems trying to 
download books from audible, there were no problems up to about two months 
ago, i've been a member of audible for some years now and have never until 
recently had problems downloading books, but for some reason or other i 
can't get in to my account, or my library, i've had numerous telephone 
conversations  with various audible staff members from many countries, but 
they either don't understand my irish accent or the fact that i am a totally 
blind computer user, only yesterday i sent them an e mail asking for help, 
it was the fourth such e mail i've  sent  in the past month without reply, i
