When I went into the menus, he didn't see the menus like you normally do. Unless he went into them, he did see some, and then he just saw some options right out on the main menu. Which he has told me is the case now with my DM-420. I tried the software, there's no option to restore the unit to factory state with all the system files in it and all. I notised the system folder was gone when I looked at it after unboxing it. So, what now?
