for some reason I am not finding the cloud player and whenever I visit the main site while the page comes up I also get in a frame internet explorer cannot display the webpage now amazon has come up and I am seeing amazon but I get that

Apart from contacting Amazon customer service why not just go to the regular Amazon .com site and sign in. Then when you see the link for the cloud player, click on it and see where it takes you.
