They all I should think can. Just hold down the arrow keys while playing a file. I don't know if the really cheep ones can so that's whi I said they should I should think. I know the DMs can and the LS ones can too.

I have played with some of the basic Olympus digital recorders that the local division of blind services gives to the students, none of which can't rewind.
