Thanks Walter; seems like every CD Ripper has it's good and bad points! This MP3 Ripper seems to be good; only thing so far I don't like is that it puts things in "computer"...so far, don't know if there's any way to change this or not! But it _is_ ripping with the information: number of track, title and artist; am still baffled as to why CDEX won't do this for me! Again...many thanks! Tom Kaufman

It is complicated and involves writing a string but I've done it and the results are very good.
