It has great audio quality and it is an in-ear headset with some geometry which supposed to keep it in the ear, but it did not work well in that it would eventually creep down and fall out unless I helped by turning the headset a bit. The other thing the Bose lacks is any way unassisted to get a battery indication. It has great Bluetooth connectivity whereas some of the Plantronics ones do not, the Legend seems pretty good that way as well in that it does not cut off the first sylable like some phones do.
