Dane, There seems to be some confusion between iTunes the software and the iTunes division at Apple. The company puts all its music efforts in this division, whether or not it calls them iTunes. When it bought Beats Music, Apple signaled that it definitely wants to shake up its music offering. We will see how this plays out in the next year or two.
